What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and USA via our online ordering.

Shipments outside of North American are done through a custom quote. If you live outside of North America send us email including your order and address. We'll get back to you as soon as possible regarding the details of your order.

+ How long does it take to recieve my order?

It typically takes us about two weeks to prepare an order for shipment. We quote for ground shipping which will vary depending on destination. If you would like a shipment sooner you can email us for a custom shipping quote.

Please note that creating a custom order may add extra time to the print being ready to ship.

+ Where are you located?

Charla Maarschalk Art is based in Kelowna, BC, Canada. Our reproductions are created in and shipped from Canada.

+ Will the canvas be stretched?

Yes, all canvas’ are stretched.

Canvas: All canvases are printed on archival canvas and laminated for uv protection and stretched.

Paper: All paper prints are printed on archival paper.

Return Policy

Don’t love your new artwork? If you are not satisfied with your new artwork, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. After 7 days refunds or exchanges are no longer available.

*Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return you will need:

  • receipt or proof of purchase

  • if damaged or not what you ordered, please take photos to send to our team

  • shipping and tracking info on the return

Refunds are not available for the following cases:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
